Refund & Replacement Policies

Mocha Whip cannot accept Returns or Exchanges due to health and safety requirements of personal care items. 
 
Note:
 Mocha whip cannot be held liable for any lost or misrouted packages. Please ensure that all delivery information is correct prior to completing your order. If you any questions regarding this, we are here to help (hey@mochawhip.co). 

Return to Sender Packages:

Mocha Whip cannot be held responsible for packages that have "returned to sender". Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses for successful delivery.

Once the item is returned back to our workshop, we can repack, relabel, and reship them, but there will be an additional shipping cost. We will absorb the additional handling costs as a courtesy to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
